Today, Greek movie director and 2019 Short Film Palme d’Or Winner, Vasilis Kekatos, will be attending a unique event organized by Cine Tarkosvky in the premises of Enver Hoxha’s former villa in Tirana.  Three short films will be screened throughout the night, including Kekatos’ own “The Distance Between the Sky and Us,” followed by a Q&A session between the director and audience.

Cine Tarkovsky is a traveling cinema, moving along the Communist era’s iconic objects and monuments, transforming them into spaces dedicated to art and culture for one night. Cine Tarkovsky was created by Iphi Genie and Neritan Zinxhiria.
